Incredible College Life!

Bhawna
Choosing a right college coupled with the right stream of subject, is one of the crucial stages of everyone's life. After completing with the hectic schedules of school exams, students look for a degree to give shape to their future.College Life is an important part of life where, one considers you to be mature enough, to handle decisions and tasks.

This quest, has leaded me to apply in P.G.D.A.V.(eve) college, for pursuing my honours degree in English. Fortunately my stars in my favour, I got myself placed in such a prestigious institution.

I still remember the very first day of orientation ceremony, when everyone was being hesitant and afraid to talk. I was thrilled with the new atmosphere of the most awaited College Life!, where there would be new teachers, new classes, new studies and everything around changed with a blink along with set of Rules and Regulations. And on the top of all, the fear of being ragged by seniors, created anxiety deep inside, but such fear of facing the seniors never turned up so, but,, an exciting experience.

The warmth at the teacher's face who were there to greet us was so pleasing. Group activities, team work, projects gradually turned up as an outstanding and learning experience. Our class trips and presentations programmes gave a lot of confidence to overcome stage fear.

Teachers have been a helping hand throughout the roller coaster journey of three years of college life. Though, the teachers have been strict, yet, holding out our roots firm, to nurture the hidden talents and abilities.
Frank and vocal atmosphere in the teaching sessions has glued everyone's memory for the rest of the life. Teachers have been more of a friend than a lecturer and an exceptional source of motivation and encouragement throughout.

At the end of the day, I cherish my decisions of being into such an institute where "Excellence is Worshipped" and "Talents are Explored". Here, the pass outs would always remain a P.G.D.A.Vian  where the feeling of "I" replaced  to "WE".

It is a matter of honour, to be a part of P.G.D.A.V (eve) family.

MOM,HOW IS THE WORLD OUTSIDE?

I sleep , I eat, I Kick and I Play
I Hear ur sweet voice throughout the day,
Immense joy and no sorrow to hide,
Mom How is the world Outside?

I can sense your Love for me
I am eagerly waiting to come out n feel,
What is there in this worldly ride,
Mom How is the world outside?

I Spend my Time hearing you sing,
Songs of happiness, Songs of Spring,
I sensed your cry last Nite,
Mom How is the world outside?

Your hurt n vibration make me nervous,
Your cry n emotions makes me anxious,
I whispered, I kicked, but u never replied,
Mom How is the world outside?

Sssshhh...,they want a boy not a girl,
Boy is treated as diamond and pearl,
I feel sorry, your life is short inside,
Sweetheart, the world is sick n unsafe outside...

Oh! A day before I was shaked
I heard myself, a burden in the bay
Ghostly hands with a pair of scissors
Indeed to get me away,in a trigger.
I wanted to play and sing a song,
I wanted to live the dreams you saw
But; I Breathed my Last,
Before I could talk...
I wish my Lord ;
To make me a boy,
At least to get me Born
in this Worldly troy....
In this worldly troy....
In this worldly troy....
